Order Processing
- We process orders within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folders and/or contact us at Support@333gateway.com for further confirmation.
- Please review your order details and confirm all information being inputted before placing an order. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be edited by the customer.
- If there are any instant changes needed after checking out, please contact us as soon as possible through our email, Support@333gateway.com, for assistance. Once the order has been shipped, it is out of our control to change customer information.
Order Shipping
- Once the order has been shipped, please allow up to 5-25 business days for arrival.
- Our distribution typically takes within 15-30 business days. Orders are always trackable under this link: Track your Order
- PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: If your order consists of more than one item, you may receive your items in individual packages. We have multiple wholesalers and vendors placed in different locations. (Do not worry, all customers will receive every item placed in the order. Please contact 333gateway@gmail.com if there are any issues on this manner)
- Tracking numbers will be provided for all individual packages!!!
